Tax, discounts and currencies without the maths
Apply the right tax, add a discount and bill in the currency you agreed on. Totals and the balance due work themselves out.

Private workspaces, shared access and nothing lost
Keep your records private, share them when you choose, and protect finished invoices.
- Private workspaces
- Every account gets its own workspace and only sees its own invoices and data.
- Sharing
- Give other accounts access by username. Shared workspaces appear in a switcher next to the logo.
- Locking
- Lock any invoice, or lock them automatically once they’re paid. Locked invoices can’t be edited or deleted.
- Trash
- Deleted invoices and tables can be restored, or deleted for good.
